The answer to these questions is a resounding YES!  And the magnetic diet is the way and the means by which this can be accomplished.  In the same way that a magnet pulls to it a piece of steel using the force of magnetism, the magnetic diet will help to draw to you the life that you’ve dreamed of by means of the law of attraction, a life that is filled with good health, vitality, and happiness.

What is the magnetic diet? What is food magnetism? In the magnetic diet, magnetism is defined as the property of one thing which allows it to be able to attract to it something else.  Using magnetism in this context helps to explain that all foods are magnetic, in that they have the ability to attract either good health or sickness, to those who eat them.  Foods with a healthy magnetism will attract health and vitality while foods with a disease magnetism will, when eaten, attract sickness and depression. 

In the magnetic diet you will learn not only to eat more of the foods that contain a healthy magnetism and to avoid those foods that possess disease magnetism, but you will also learn to magnetize yourself through energization exercises, healthy habits, and by continually thinking the thoughts that will draw to you good health and happiness.  In addition, you will learn to master your mind and in doing so you will learn how to gain control of your cravings.
