The magnetic diet is a lifestyle of healthy choices and good habits. Where food choices are made based on the magnetism value or the food’s ability to attract health and vitality to the body. But the magnetic diet is more than just the food you eat, it’s also about the quality of thoughts that you think and it’s about tapping into the latent power of your subconscious and your super-conscious mind, a power which when used correctly will propel you on the path to good health almost effortlessly.
Most people have heard about the subconscious mind, but what is the super-conscious mind? The super-conscious mind is that level of mind that most humans will never make conscious contact with. The super-conscious mind is the state of mind that is in tune with the universal mind, with what has become known as cosmic consciousness. It is the realm where intuition resides; it is that state that we gain access to through the art and science of meditation. Tapping into the power of the super-conscious mind will allow you to make more intuitive decisions regarding which foods to eat to nourish your unique body condition, what exercise routine your body requires to obtain optimum physical condition, and even what health care choices to make when it matters most in this day and age of managed health care.
What are magnetic foods?
Earlier I wrote that all foods are magnetic in that they either attract health and vitality or that they attract sickness and depression. The food you eat is attracting to you either good health or disease, and it is cumulative for both time and quantity. The more of a certain food that you eat over time the more the magnetism of that food is building in your body.
When a magnet is rubbed against a piece of metal in the same direction it will magnetize that piece of metal, the longer that you rub that magnet the more powerfully magnetized that piece of metal becomes, so it is with the magnetic effect of food on your body. The more of a specific food you eat over time, the more that food magnetizes your body attracting either health or disease.
