Perform the energization exercises as follows:

1 – Tense the face with an exaggerated smile that borders on a grimace.

2 – Move to the neck area, tensing the throat and the front of the neck.

3 – Next move to the back of the neck tensing and then relaxing the muscles of the base of the skull and the back of the neck.

4 – Next raise the shoulders up to the ears and tense and relax the trapezius muscles.

5 – Next pull the shoulders back tensing and then relaxing the muscles of the upper back.

6 – Next tense and relax the biceps and triceps muscles of your upper arms.

7 – Next tense and relax the forearms and clench your fists.

8 – Next lean over slightly to the right and tense and relax the mid back then lean to the left and repeat the procedure.

9 – Next contract, tense and then relax the abdominal area.

10 – Next squeeze, tense and then relax the buttocks.

11 – Next tense and relax the quadriceps and hamstring muscles of the upper leg first on your right side then on your left.

12 – Next move to the calf muscles of the lower leg.

13 – Finally tense and relax your feet.

14 – Tense and relax your entire body at the same time.
